Our Founder
Mohd Khafiz Bin Bachok
Born in Pontian Johor
He has been active in mountain climbing activities since 1995.
To date, apart from the various mountains in Malaysia and Indonesia, he has conquered multiple peaks in Taiwan, China, Tanzania, Papua, New Zealand, Iran and Argentina.
Among his major achievements thus far are his success in conquering the highest peak in Australasia (Mount Carternz Pyramid, 4000m a.s.l), the highest peak in Africa (Mount Kilimanjaro, …m a.s.l) ,the highest peak in South America (Mount Aconcagua, 6900m a.s.l) and he also successfully climb his first 8000meter mountain, Mount Manaslu 8163m, 8th highest in the world.
Satisifaction is knowing that all his expeditions thus far have been fully self funded.

Standing tall at 8,611m a.s.l, K2 is known for its technical climbing which requires the highest level of mountaineering skills and that made it unique that not many climbers from all over the world dare to dream of climbing it, let alone conquering it.

Hence, zeroto8000 is a symbolic of his effort as his journey towards fulfilling his dream, our dream, has started in 2019, he has been on bike touring since then in stages starting from Tanjung Piai in Pontian, Johor which is famously known as the most southern tip of mainland Asia standing at 0m a.s.l to Karakoram in Pakistan and thereafter he will climb Mount K2
